Twins on the GOOOOOO

I can now say that Adele is now walking.  Instead of crawling everywhere, she is now attempting to take  3 or more steps to get to where she is going before she decides to race there on all fours. It really has been a neat experience raising twins.  Lily is not far behind her in the mobility department, she is just going to "study" it a while before she decides to do it.  I see her as the more intellectual  type and thinker of the two.  Adele is so focused on seeing what else she can get into that studying it is just a waste of time for her.  For example the past week we visited my parents in Katy and they have a drop down into their living room.  Adele does not even thing twice about how to get down to the lower level, she just heads into it and does not even look back.  Lily on the other hand, sat at the upper level for about a day and a half before she decided she was going to even try to get down into the living room.  She never fell and she made it on the first try, but she had to sit there and study it and see everyone else go at it before she was sure enough to do it herself.  

It is just funny things like that.  You cannot help but compare the two, even though they are a lot alike in many ways, they are also very different.  The girls entertain themselves for the most part.  Unless they are hungry, dirty or thirsty I don't hear much out of them.  But, with four kids in the house at least one of them is raising cane about something.
