Day 5 of Waco Boot Camp is going great. I can already feel a difference since the first day as far as endurance is concerned. I talked with the trainer this morning to see when he thought you will be able to see some visual results and he said by the end of this week. I took my measurements just for giggles on Monday, I guess to keep track of how I was coming along in the program. I won't share those but I hope to see the numbers decline by the end of the 6 weeks. I know a lot of your measurement loss and weight loss has to do with how you eat after you are done working out. I do try to watch how many groceries go into my mouth, well I try to make the groceries healthy :). If you have any suggestions for meals or snack feel free to pass them along.

WBC
The past two sessions we did lots of agility work using our feet. Today we used our dumb bells almost the entire time. The program is a lot like station work. We have three 20 minute stations. With rotations with in each station. Some have more running in it with a constant pace then squats, lunges or jumping added inbetween, and one station might have us jog into a spring (the one I love) then back to a jog for a bout 50 yards. Then there might be 10 push ups, up/downs, karaoke, slides doing these every 5 to 10 yards up and back down the practice football field. Then at the the last station we usually finish as a group at our mats with upper body and ab work. We work all areas of the arm and chest til fatigued and do the abs for an amount of time on each exercise. So we do get a great workout and it is great to be with a great bunch of ladies. There is I think 44 of us exercising at 5am in the morning and we all are hoping that our trainer will still come out only 2 days of the week once the 6 weeks is up to do a maintenance training so we can all stay accountable. I don't know I will have to keep you posted on that one.
