T-Ball Playoffs

The boys made the t-ball play-offs by winning their play-in game tonight.  The boys went 6 innings and played 1 hour and 45 minutes.  We won 36-32 it was a close one, but was sure glad that the boys pulled it out.  Our defense was a bit sloppy which is understandable since they have not played a game since Thursday before last.  Looks like the playoffs will be the week of the 13th, having a game every night.  I think it is single elimination so if we loose we are out.  This is the first time that Wyatt's team has made the playoffs so we are all pumped.  There is only one down side to it all though.....It is going to occur right at the start of corn harvest.  Since we did not get any of the later rains the corn is going to be ready to cut more than likely that same week.  Maybe Josh will be able to hold off until that week of the 20th but for Jason and his crew ( Wyatt's coach), they may be in full swing of things.  However, the games must go on and he will for sure be there!!!!  I will have pictures of their first game for you all next time.  Happy 4th of July and I hope to post tomorrow night if not to exhausted.
