Updates

Well Hellooooooooo readers and fans!!!! Well since it has been a month and three weeks since my last post , I am sure you are wondering what the Six Pac has been up to. Things have been mighty crazy around here. August seemed to have come and gone faster than a blink of an eye and now we are already at the 7th of September. Where is the time going? Well, once we got back from Katy at the end of July, Josh and the rest of the crew had started on corn harvest, well they actually started the week before we left, but it continued into the 2nd week of August, 3 1/2 weeks of straight combining for Mr. Jerry and unloading countless 18 wheelers for Josh & Keith. Boy were we glad to see when the last 18 wheeler was coming our way to unload!

Towards the end of the month we were gearing up for the beginning of school. Wyatt started Kindergarden this year and I was so ready to see him go. Not in a bad way, just the rivarly between him and Zane was beginning to get to me by the end of the summer. Also too, Wyatt loves school and learning and being there with his friends it was a well welcomed change of pace. You know by the end of the summer you are ready for school to start then by late October, early November you are ready for the kids to be on Christmas break then by that time you are looking forward to Spring Break, then finally you are ready for them to be out for the summer to start the entire process over by the end of July. It is just one crazy cycle.
And now that brings us to today, Labor Day, opening dove season and the boys first hunt with PawPaw and Daddy. But, more on that later.....

Yeah for an update! I can't believe Wyatt is in Kindergarten and I totally agree - it's a never ending cycle of wanting a change of pace and wanting them home again for a family break. We were ready for school to start as well for probably the same reasons, brothers get ansy with each other results in ugly things. :) At school all day and they miss each other, it's sweet.
