Week One Complete

I completed week one of boot camp this morning.  The trainers sure did a number on us.  I guess they figure we had two days of recovery so they would stick it to us :).  No, but it was good now that we are getting use to the routine  and what to expect recovery time between sets of exercises is not as long as it was the first two days so that is what makes it a little tougher.  Within an hour we do a little bit of everything circuit training with 70% max running, squats, lunges & jumping jacks to agility training with high knee, lateral slides, & backwards running. This was all done the first week, so I cannot wait to see what is in store the next 5 weeks.  Our heart rate stays elevated the entire time so there is minimal recovery time.  I will keep you posted on the weeks ahead and maybe have some pictures of us chuckle heads out there at 4:45 in the morning.
